In order to get the best out of any face cream, lotion, eye cream, lifting serum or cosmetic, the very first basic fundamental step is to have a clean face before you apply anything else.
Each day, as we put on face cream, lotion, medicated cream for acne, lifting serum, lifting mask, or any make up, no matter what you use, or how expensive it is, you are not going to get the best result you want unless you prepare your face for the application.
So what do mean by preparing your face, how do you prepare your face??? It is quite simple - It means your got to have a good cleaner and a toner, and you got to do it at least once in the morning, and once in the evening or before you go to bed. The reason behind it is, any cream, cosmetic or make up, tend to clog your pores after awhile, and if you do not give your face a good cleanse, and unclogs your pores and let your skin breath, soon you are going to have problems like acne, black heads, white heads, and the worse part is then you start squeezing it, once you do that, it spreads to other area of your face as well.
As you squeeze the acne, pimple, blacks heads, not all of it is going to come out, some of the bacteria or puss is being forced in other direction under your skin, thus you will ends up getting even more. If you really need to squeeze it, the proper way to do it, is to put hot compress on, or have one of those streamer, which tends to open up your pores, thus it is much easier to remove the black heads or whatever without using too much force.
Depends on what kind of skin you have (combination - means T zones is oily, where as the rest of the face is dry or normal), oily, dry, sensitive, mature and so forth.
